You can´t register?

If you can´t remember which email address you used in contact with sonnen, please contact our support. Please prepare the serial number of your sonnenBatterie and the according validation password, or your contract number of your energy contract.

Note: You can find the serial number on the side of your sonnenBatterie. If your sonnenBatterie was installed before 2018 you got your credentails within a letter (serial number & validation password).
